CONSTRUCTION OF 48-UNIT MARKET STALLS

As part of efforts to boost local economic activities within the trade and commerce area in the Agona West Municipality, the Agona West Municipal Assembly has used part of its District Performance Assessment tool (DPAT) funds to construct a 48-unit market stalls at the Mandela Market in Agona Swedru.

The project which is aimed at boosting the local economy and economic activities will not just serve the Swedru township but the whole of Agona West including business people from adjourning towns and villages who come to do business at the Mandela Market.
