HANDING OVER OF 60 LOCKABLE STORES TO THE AGONA WEST MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY

The long-awaited completion of the Construction of the 60 No. Lockable Stores at Mandela Market is finally here. The project which commenced in 2019, though met several Safeguard Issues has finally been handed over to the Client, the Agona West  Municipal Assembly on February 26, 2025.

A final inspection of the project was conducted by representatives of Be-Newt Construction Ltd acting as the Contractor, the Consultant, AESL, and the Client, Agona West Municipal Assembly. All parties were fully satisfied with the work done by the Contractor. The contractor then finally handed over the project to the Consultant, who in turn also handed it over to the Municipal Co-ordinating Director, Mr. Simon Asare, acting in behalf of the Agona West Municipal Assembly.

The contractor expressed his appreciation to all for their patience and tolerance during the entire period of the project despite the hurdles encountered along the way which had to be crossed. Mr. Simon Asare also expressed his profound gratitude to the Consultant and Contractor for their unrelenting efforts to seeing that the project has finally been completed and handed over.
